Who we are
Dawyem Business Solutions LLC is based in Aurora, Colorado. We give small and mid-sized businesses a remote back office: trained people who handle admin, HR, IT support, accounting, training and digitizing, so owners can focus on their customers and their growth.
We also bring something most virtual support firms don't: certified Lean Six Sigma expertise. We don't just do the work, we look for ways to make it faster, simpler and less error-prone.
Home care is our specialty. We understand call-outs, EVV, care plans and caregiver credentialing, and our bilingual team supports caregivers and families in English and Spanish.
