How do you keep our information safe?
Every client signs a confidentiality agreement with us, and our team follows written security policies: individual logins, two-factor authentication, encrypted devices and only the access each task needs. Healthcare clients also get a signed BAA and our full HIPAA program.
What does the free trial include?
Two weeks of one service, such as after-hours phone coverage, inbox cleanup, help desk support or a credential audit. No obligation and no credit card.
Do you handle taxes and audits?
We keep your books accurate all year, run payroll and prepare monthly reports. For tax returns, tax advice and audits we work alongside your CPA, and we can introduce you to one.
Can I mix services in one plan?
Yes. Your plan hours can go to any mix of admin, HR, IT, accounting, customer service, training and digitizing, and you can shift them month to month. Lean Six Sigma consulting is quoted per project.
How fast can you start?
We can usually start within a week of your first call. We document your procedures during the free trial so the work is consistent from day one.
Do I need a long-term contract?
No. Plans are month-to-month, and you can change or cancel with 30 days' notice.
